Outback Sunroof

Control the weather with the innovative Stratco Outback Sunroof. Its electronically controlled louvres can be opened and closed to your desired position. Let the breeze and sunlight in when the weather is fine; keep the rain and wind out when the clouds set in.

By adjusting the rotating louvres with the hand held remote, the level of sunlight, shade and weather shielding can be controlled. The system has an inbuilt rain sensor that will automatically close the blades if rain is detected. When the louvres are completely shut they form an interlocking profile that provides protection from the weather.

Superior Design

The Stratco Outback Sunroof can cover openings of up to 3.9 metres thanks to its strong, well engineered blades. The pre-painted steel blades have a unique foam insert that makes them very rigid and helps to insulate from any surrounding noise. The moving parts use specially designed bushes for whisper quiet performance, and the blades are driven by a powerful 100 watt, 24 volt DC motor for reliable long life operation.

The system is designed to be easy to install. The blades come pre-assembled and the tracks that fit the blades are pre-mitred and cut to length. The louvres fit quickly to the framework and several snap-fitted components are incorporated.

The New Veranda Has Proved To Be A Good Investment Enabling Us To Entertain Family And Friends In Comfort.

”Thank you for the excellent job done in designing, obtaining council permit and erection of our veranda on the date specified. Judy and I are pleased with the finished product, which has withstood several wild storms without any problems. The new veranda has proved to be a good investment enabling us to entertain family and friends in comfort.

The Process

How It Works?

  1. A design consultant visits your home and you create a design for your structure that suits your home, desired use and budget.

  2. The design consultant submits your project to the office. You will receive a welcome letter that will guide you through the upcoming process.

  3. An appointment will be made for our Trade's Manager Paul to attend on a day and time that suits you, Monday – Friday for 15-30mins between 7.30am-3.30pm to go back over your agreed design and measure it to the millimetre. You will sign off on this drawing and it will be the document manufacturing use to make your materials. During this time we will be coordinating the Building Permits for your project if requested by you.

  4. We will send out your installation letter that confirms the day your structure will be installed and the name of your trade's team leader for your project. You will sign it and send it back in a self-addressed stamped envelope.

  5. We will arrive as agreed in the installation letter to complete your new structure to your satisfaction.

This Entire Process Can Vary Depending On The Council Involved, Yet An Average Time Would Be 4-10 Weeks.
